Controlling the order of Products in Pop Up

Hi

Is there a way to control the order of the products in the Pop Up window – I think it is just alphabetically at the moment. Could it not be made to take the menu order from the Advanced product data in WooCommerce?

We show flavours in our pop up and would like to control which flavours are shown first.
