Fixed price bug – order is payed as the amount as USD (primary currency)

Hi,

I created a product with a fixed price: 960 USD (primary currency), or 7000 RMB, and chose to pay in RMB with the amount of 7000.
1. Cart page – displayed RMB7000 correctly.
2. Check-out page – displayed RMB7000 correctly.
3. Payment – displayed RMB50960 (7000*7.28, the conversion rate between RMB and USD), which is USD7000.
4. Give up the payment, on the order page, displaying RMB7000 correctly.

It is a serious bug and I see many reports of similar issues from the review. You need to fix this issue ASAP.
