Update website error

Hi
I realised that the automatic API update is not working
In the log i get
Error syncing products: 403 – mysite – Update website error
2024-07-16T04:08:21 00:00 ALERT string(31) “api_sync_product: 9781743491130”
2024-07-16T04:08:21 00:00 ALERT string(32) “api -imported sync product_id : ”
2024-07-16T04:09:16 00:00 ALERT start sync product: 1005005975889774

and when i use the manual sync with the chrome extension it always sync the first 10-15 products and halts.

I show another post with the same error and i followed the instructions removing the licence and reinstall it but the problem remains.

Please help.
I have 640 products and live orders and cant be sure if the next order i loose money or if the product still exists!
