Hello renove

I have 3 licenses purchased and I can not use any of them I want to resume my project but it tells me that it is expired something like that.
I also want to remove the domain of one of the licenses because I lost it and I have it without use and I want to use it in another website.
I want to remove babyfirsttime.com
if I want to leave topczone.com
then in the 2 that I have empty I want to add my new domains to resume my projects.
why it does not let me?
