sab_cancellation_invoice template not working

Hi there,
I have an issue with the sab_cancellation_invoice email type (invoice (pdf) from germanized plugin). If I disable the email template plugin for this email type, the standard woocommerce mail is send. If I enable the plugin for this email type, add a template only for this type (via php snippet) and create a specific template for this email type, only the email title is used from the template but not the design. I created several templates (including the default design) but the issue persisted. Can you help me with this?
