taobao order issue

I do have a problem after I get an order and go to place an
order in Taobao it shows the message requesting order info as shown in the first picture but then
nothing happens it does not take me to the checkout page to pay for it as it shown on the second picture, and no order be
requested, I did delete and reinstall the plugin but still same problem please help me
