All my website products out of stock because shipping cost no available

Dear customer support,

Today my site synchronized automatically with the shipping API and all my products are out of stock. I have found your page relating to the issue https://villatheme.com/supports/topic/important-notice-on-shipping-issue/
Do you have any timeframe to when it will be fixed please? And also how can we prevent this for happening again in the future?
