“Product not exists” message

I understand how to add AliEx reviews to Woo from the WP Products page, although it doesn’t work. If I go the Products page in WP and then the Import button at the right end of a row for a product, it brings up a dialog box OK. But then the status shows as “Failed” after pressing the Import button. I am in China but I can access my WP website no problem for everything else.

Alternatively, if I try to use your browser extension to add selected reviews to a Woo product, I get a message saying “Product not exists”. However, if it did work, how is it supposed to know which Woo product it is for? I am using the extension incognito in an Edge browser.

As I see no “private” button yet for this post, I have not included anything else.
