The video tab is not displayed

I use the Blocksy template, according to the settings in the plugin it is set to display video in a separate tab.
The video is not displayed on the product page, neither in a separate tab nor under the product description (I tried to change the settings, but nothing there shows the video)

I would appreciate a solution, thanks.
