Does Depart work with Extra Product Options plugin by Codecanyon?

We are using the extra product options plugin by codecanyon to provide our customers with extensive choices on some of our products. These products we’d like to take deposits for at the time of order. We have already tried the Yith Deposit plugin, but it couldn’t communicate with the extra product options plugin, so the customers were charged 15% of the base price and all the upcharges for selected options were charged on top of that – so way too much for a deposit. We are looking for a better solution and are wondering if Depart might be able to calculate a correct price (15% of the price including all upcharges OR alternatively a preset price would be ok too).
