Thank you page isn’t working properly

I have a previous free version of the thank you page customizer and when I purchased the pro version and tried to make a new template, it keeps reverting back to the old wording despite publishing with the new wording. The customer receives the new wording but I don’t see that.

Also, the upsell isn’t showing the add to cart button on the customer side.
