Stripe form doesn’t show up

So with the latest version there is issues.

If cart is empty and you add something and going through all the flow – you can see Stripe card form.
If you have something in your cart and refresh – Stripe form don’t come up.

Added attachments with how should be and how (sometimes) is.

What I’ve noticed – after refresh, before </body> stripe tags isn’t added.

I’ve provide admin, ftp details in next post.
