order process

Hello,
could you please explain me the order process?
once a client making new order and paying for that, how the order will goes to aliexpress under my account and will be paid so they will send it to the client but will charge me?
I connected my account but not sure I understand the process.

also, since I am using Hebrew lang on my site, will it cause to some issues? with the address of the client?
