Use external links for images

    When I enable ” Use external links for images ”
    I am getting this error
    ” %1$s: There are still images in the queue but background process is not running. Run or Move to Failed images ”

    What are the settings I need to enable if I use external links for images?

    Also, external images need to be displayed in Description and Variable product
