Feature Request: Fixed Regular Price, but sale price to be adjustable

I would like to request a new feature for the plugin:

It would be very helpful if the plugin could allow the regular price of a product to remain fixed after it is first imported. The regular price should not change with pricing rules during subsequent data syncs. However, the sale price should still be able to update according to pricing rules when syncing product data.

In other words, the pricing rule for the regular price should apply only once, during the initial import, and then remain unchanged. Meanwhile, the sale price should continue to be updated by pricing rules as needed.

The reason for this request is to ensure we can display sale badges correctly. Many sales platforms, like Google, require the regular price to be consistent for a certain period to show a sale badge. For example, Google requires the regular price to have remained the same for at least 30 days within the past 200 days to display a sale badge. This is important for maintaining transparency and compliance with sales policies.

Therefore, it is essential to keep the regular price stable while still allowing flexibility to update the sale price and stock as necessary.
