ALD shipping “to” telling not available, but at Ali it is available

Most of products for my 3 websites working with ALD are show at frontend, that imported by ALI a product/variation isn’t available to ship to a country. When I go to imported Aliexpress page, there the shipping shows it is available. For example for country Estonia https://smartlife.ee/product/radiator-regulator/; https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006194066238.html.

I have reimported the product repeatedly, deleted plugin and downloaded again…, nothing helps. But for some products the problem doesn’t apply. For example https://smartlife.ee/product/lencent-eu-extension-cable-usb-cube-4ac2qc3-0usb1type-c-pd-switch/.

Help needed.
