products not updating properly

Hello friends,
my products are not updating properly.
As a result, I have sold couple of items for the buying price.
I Sync all the products couple of times. Some products have gone back to buying price.

My Formulas does not apply.
Please check and tell me what is the problem, and help me to fix the problem.
