Check if in Indonesia it’s IDR and Australia and Japan USD working

Hi,

I want to have auto detect currency if Indonesia it’s use IDR and if not it’s use USD. I already setup the plugin and need you to double check if all working. I saw it’s not yet correct. And also in the shipping rate I also want to have IDR with some amount if Indonesia and USD if not in Indonesia.
