Product price sync is wrong

Hello check this logs:

this product is priced at 12.18 DOllar (I am checking from qatar, and I am using QAR)

I have a price rule of 20% increase in regular price

But when I try to use the API sync, the pricing rule is not followed. However in the manual sync with the extension, the price sync is correct. Please check the logs
