Review submit button from woocommerce my account order page not working

Hi team. Just bought your plugin.

Been working on setting up with the website on wordpress theme Martfury.

Here are the issues.

1. The theme has its own submit review button. Its working good from the single product page review submit section. But the same button is not working when user hit the submit review from within the woocommerce my account page review order section. At the same time i see another submit text on the same page that works but does not look like a button too. Image attached. We want the themes submit button to work properly.

2. Under choose pictures and videos. It only allows selecting one image. We don’t see the add more image symbol next to the single image/video to help add more images.
