Hi there,

good day!

Yesterday I received a failed order email, that said: Order #4197 has failed on your store Total $ 27.99 USD – September 27, 2024. today I checked the log, a log record shows a similar time: 2024-09-27T20:07:48 00:00 NOTICE Cron: get order tracking number, no orders found.

I imported this product from Australia but the customer was from New Zealand, it is possible for the customer from another country to buy the product imported from a specified country?
