Variations Block disappeared?

I moved the blocks when editing and now I can’t seem to find the variations option blocks? Not sure how to explain it.

If you look at the screenshot attached, I have a “product description” block & a “yoast seo” block but the rest of the blocks disappeared and I don’t know how to get them back.

They disappeared when I tried to move the blocks up and down. I didn’t know you could just move them entirely off the page. I’ve tried purging the cache and went through screen options to no avail.

Please advise.
