Duplicate review reminder emails sent and errors

Hello,

I recently noticed that review reminder emails seem to be getting sent twice.

Also, I use a real cron job to control wp cron. My cron was being locked by the review reminder emails as they were causing an error. This has caused problems with other cron jobs.

I have deleted all pending review reminder email and disabled the review reminder until I understand the cause. I hope you can help resolve it.

I will add screenshots and email specifics privately.
