Custom Shortcode

Hello,

I would like to add Order Totals to Email Subject, but don’t know what shortcode should I use.
I also need to create or somehow use shortcode to show custom field data from checkout form in the Email Subject. It would be absolutely best if I can somehow also add IF that custom field is fillen or not, so it won’t be included in case the field is empty.
