All Customers Shown as Guest

Dear Support Team,

I recently installed your S2W – Import Shopify to WooCommerce plugin and began importing data from Shopify to WooCommerce.

However, I’ve encountered several critical issues:
1- All customers are shown as Guests: None of the customer accounts have been correctly imported, and they are all appearing as “Guests.”
2- Missing Order Information: Shipping details, customer names, and other important information are missing from the orders that were imported.

Could you please provide assistance in resolving these issues?
I have also provided the username and password for my WordPress shop.
