Some products does not show up in review form

Hello,

Just got an email from a client that he would like to do a review but the link is not working.
When I’ve installed your plugin years ago, I’ve created a page under domain . com / reviews. Did not change this, shortcode is inserted: [woocommerce_photo_reviews_form]

Still, not all, but some products fail to show up in this page, when the client clicks on the link is his email.
Can you please check what can be the issue?
