    Hi Tinh,

    We tried to activate the product builder as you instructed, but after following the configuration steps, it still doesn’t add products to the cart. Could you please show us how it works on your end? I had already requested assistance via email on September 14th and last week but was asked to create a ticket instead. A screen recording would be helpful so we can retry it on the staging environment.

    We urgently need this fixed, as we initially requested this 2–3 months ago.
    When need to know exactly when it will be done?

    We are using to the old version of the plugin for now. Could you also send a video showing how to implement it? When we try, we can’t add items to the cart, even after checking the box in the screenshot you sent earlier.

    Please resolve this as soon as possible so we can close the case.
