Gunter KanitzParticipantWe have configured the price charming feature to format the price of the individual products after converting to GBP or EUR. This works well as you can see on the pricing table and the product configuration screen. With the upgrade added we come to a total of £505.70 which is correct and just like we intend this to behave. Once we move on to checkout it seems that the price charming is applied again to the checkout price and the total comes to £500 which is something that we would not like to happen. The price should only be charmed for the base products and the checkout price should remain the value that is shown on the end of the product configuration.
We have also tried to use the fixed pricing where the product price is £100 and the GBP exchange rate set to 1. With the add-ons the price comes to £130 on the product configuration screen. Once we proceed to the checkout screen the product price is reported as £154.70, which I can’t explain at all as the conversion factor is 1 and hence even conversions are applied multiple times this should not have an impact. If we run the same product but modify the exchange rate to 0.5 the checkout price becomes £77.35. This indicates that exchange rates seem to play a role in this issue.
Please find attached a video recordings of the issue. It would be great if you could let us know we need to configure the plugin to avoid this from happening.
