goolge search console error message for pages translated in the browser

I have the following problem:
When website visitors translate our product detail page on which the ratings are displayed via Google Translate, no ratings are displayed on the translated page. I get the message in the Search Console:

The value in the property ‘reviewCount’ must be positive
Elements with this problem are invalid. Rich search results in Google Search are not possible for invalid elements.

Is this a known problem, is there a workaround to avoid this or even a setting in the backend to solve the problem?
