Currency Not Supported Error:Unable to Convert XPF to EUR for PayPal Transaction

I’m experiencing a currency compatibility issue between WooCommerce and PayPal Payments on my site. My store uses the CFP franc (XPF), but I’ve configured conversion to EUR for PayPal. Despite my attempts to force the conversion (using filters and hooks), the PayPal API is still receiving amounts in XPF, resulting in the following error:

Error API error: CURRENCY_NOT_SUPPORTED
Description: Currency code is not currently supported.

I have checked all configurations, temporarily removed custom conversion code, and followed troubleshooting steps, but the error persists. Could you please assist in ensuring all amounts are converted to EUR before being sent to PayPal?
