Incorrect Abandoned Cart Link sent to customers

Hi,
We recently started to receive many privacy complaints where users saw information about other users on the checkout page.

Our customers are irate about this and ready to sue us for failing to protect their privacy.

Now, this happened because the wrong abandoned cart link was sent to many of our customers. When they opened that link their cart was replaced with some other customer.

I have attached a WhatsApp Conversation screenshot where a customer contacted another customer whose details were displayed on his checkout. It’s a serious issue please check this ASAP.
