Blank templates and writing from right to left

Hello,

I have installed the free version for testing

I do have some issues with it after installing it.

1.
When open/edit a template, it is showing fine, but if preview, email or save it, it is empty

2.
When trying to edit the text fields, it is forcing text from right to left, meaning, need to start with last letter in word for it to be correct…
ex “on-hold” order email for customer, if trying to edit box with order#

Is there any settings I am missing?
