customers imported as guests

I just purchased the pro version of this plugin and ran an import, imported Products, Customers, Coupons, Orders – it seems that the customs only go back about 6 months in the imported site, whereas we have customer data going back around 10 years – and the customers that are imported are all guests, with no customr information.
