cannot upgrage

I purchased the pro version of this app, but I cannot install it. I can download the .zip folder, but when I try to install it I get an error message saying “No plugin found”.
When I click on Get It from my WP dashboard, I cannot access my VillaTheme account.

Also, the AliExpress Chrome Extension does not work. I have installed and activated it, syncing it to my website, but when I try to import a product, the popup box just says, “Importing”. It never finishes the routine.
