Currency not adjusting correctly and blocking refund requests

    Hello,

I have an issue with the curcy multicurrency plugin which is stopping my woocommerce from processing refunds.

Essentially your plugin works from a base currency, and then converts it when people choose another currency as I’m sure you kow, however once the order is paid for the base currency is what is used to process refunds from the plugin, instead of processing the refund in the currency which the customer paid for.

This refund request then gets blocked from the card payment providers because the order was processed in say USD, not GBP.

Can you please help me adjust the plugin so the conversion happens in the backend behind the order creation, and that the base currency isn’t used for when the order is created, someone did try to make some code to fix it, but it didn’t work correctly, so maybe you guys can help me fix it?

Happen to make an admin account to fix, but I need an email for you

    Regards

    Henry
