Can’t activate Lucky Wheel plugin on a Load Balanced WordPress

Hi, we have a load balanced wordpress with 2 o 3 apache servers running with the same Database.
The problem is that the plugin is “Activating” the license when I put my key. It does not allow me to update to new versions.
Nor do I see options such as “auto-reset” the amount of spins in the configuration of my plugin, which is in your documentation.

The servers all point to the same domain (rincondeideas.com) so I am waiting for instructions to see how to solve this problem, for the moment I can’t share credentials with you. Regards
