Pre-purchase inquiries

Hello, I’d like to know a few things before making a purchase regarding your WebPos plugin. Is it possible to display the product categories instead of searching by SKU or by name? Also, is it possible that when an order is placed, kitchen products go to one printer while bar products go to another printer? I’m referring to the hospitality version of the POS. And is it possible to “park” the order at a table until payment is made? Can I move an order from one table to another? Can I merge orders from two different tables? Thank you very much.
