Import from two Shopify stores

Hi, I have created a new wordpress/woocommerse website and wish to import products, pages and blogs from one Shopify store and at a later point import customers, orders and coupons from another Shopify store. Can I do that or is that a problem, for example regarding the import sequence of data?

I have bought a premium license in order to import the data.
