One of feature is not working

Hi I’m trying to upload tracking via import file to add separate tracking to each order items and my current setting is set to
” Order items only – Each order item has its own tracking number ”

But when trying import page shows success message but items in order didn’t have any tracking against them but status changed to completed and even email I received shows blank tracking number column in tracking table.

Plugin version is latest and I try after deactivating all other plugins but still didn’t worked. I have attached backend access credentials please take a look what’s the issue. I have to upload hundreds of tracking and its making the process slow.

Also I have purchase key/code and I linked evnanto account but it still not letting me create topic so that’s why i’m using this presale.
