plugin refund

Dear support team,

We have implemented your plugin or a restaurant client in the uk and it has failed on many points causing an impact of £11000 liability rather than the intended £210. This has caused critical issues throughout the company.

Bugs:
1. Win logic not at all followed by quantity allowance in the portal- able to win when the availability is 0
2. Even when settings are turned off you can still receive a win – fireworks showing when switched off in the wp-admin config
3. Triggered email responses have therefore allowed for 536 winners rather than the intended 12 and will continue to let you win even though we have set all win values to 0.

Please share with me detail for the refund as your product does not function as advertised.
