Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce FREE WORKS, but PAID does not…

Hi,
I must be missing something here…

The ‘Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce FREE’ plugin works fine through Mailster SMTP sending Previews and WOO Emails on order creation and resend, and being received by my email address.

I purchased the ‘WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium PAID’ plugin, installed, activated and deactivated the FREE plugin and the Previews still work, but NO WOO Emails are working, either on order creation or resend.
They are also not showing up in the Mailster logs, where they were with the FREE plugin.

FREE is version 1.2.12, PAID is version 1.2.10
I have read the FAQs and Knowledgebase and Troubleshooting and found nothing useful to me.

I am at a loss here…I have not gone through the whole plugin deactivation circus(deactivated any cacheing and ANYTHING remotely associated with Emailing out) as the FREE version was working fine…and this is a working website.

I AM wondering if the Email Rules have anything to do with it, all are default.
I have tried a good number of combinations of Rule settings.
