9Mail Plugin Conflict With Another Plugin

I am having an issue with the FluentSMTP plugin (version 2.2.83). The Resend button is not resending emails when the 9Mail plugin is also activated.

To identify what was causing the issue I deactivated all other plugins and tested the Resend button. It worked. So, I enabled each plugin 1 by 1 until I identified the plugin causing the problem. 9MAIL – WordPress Email Templates Designer Premium (version 1.0.7) is causing the problem. I also have WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium (version 1.2.10) activated, and this is not causing the issue with the FluentSMTP plugin, only 9Mail. Please look into this and fix the 9Mail issue which is causing the conflict.
