plugin stoped getting products

I installed plugin and activated and imported few random product through search
then plugin stopped getting any products.
1- when i open ali express link from plugin and try to add any product just loading and nothing happened
2- when using import list search and try adding any product gives can’t retrieve product contact support

I need help solving all this issues
