Wrong product price on checkout

Hi,
i have had orders that ends up with TOTAL wrong amount, and currency information notice on the order says: This order created when multi currency disabled, so base currency and rate is current info.
I use wordpress and woocommerce.

Whats not working?!
I have screen dumps but can i post private here?
