Attributes don’t appear the same

Hi

I am wondering, why the same attributes for 2 different product does not appear the same

This means that on the product where we have to type the variation swatches, it does not pick up the global attribute images

PLease see attached

On 2.png it’s good.

On 1.png it’s not. We have to manually type the attribute color, and then in the color section, it does not pick up the global attribute.
