WPML Languages and SiteGround Cache

Hello,
We have a multilingual website configured with WPML and running on a SiteGround server with that server’s cache. Sometimes the number of reviews shown in the link (see image1 and image2) doesn’t match the actual reviews. In this case, it says there’s one review, but there are actually 10. Clearing the cache sometimes fixes this. Also, is it possible to display reviews in the active language first?
