Review form shortcode

When I use this code on my page:
[woocommerce_photo_reviews_form product_id=”” hide_product_details=”” hide_product_price=”” type=”” button_position=”center”]

For this product_id=”” – I put the ID?

When customers aren’t signed in, they see this message: Only logged in customers who have purchased this product may leave a review.

But once they are signed in, they see nothing. No Review Form.

Why? This is a test account, I created and made purchases and why can I not see the review form?
