Ongoing Issues with Faview – Virtual Reviews for WooCommerce Plugin

I’m writing to raise concerns about your plugin, Faview – Virtual Reviews for WooCommerce.

Lately, the plugin has not been functioning properly — there are consistent glitches that are affecting the user experience on my site. On top of that, it seems only a free version is available, with no option to upgrade or purchase a premium version for better stability and support. This leaves users stuck without a reliable solution or even a path to improve it.

This situation is extremely frustrating, especially when Faview is supposed to enhance customer experience, not damage it. Could you please provide a timeline for when these issues will be addressed? Also, is there any plan to release a paid or pro version that works more reliably?
