Picking up incorrect add to carts from USA

Hi

I have tried this plug in out for a couple months. It keeps picking up on add to carts for guests from America. $20k worth in the last month when my business is only small. I add USA to my store in case they were real customers but have had no sales. I also don’t see these add to carts reflected in google analytics. It looks like the plug in is picking up on add to carts when it isn’t happening. Any help is appreciated.
