We are experiencing an issue with how our booking confirmation emails are displayed in Outlook. According to fluentSMTP, the email is being sent with the correct layout and design (see the attached screenshot from fluentSMTP), including the additional custom fields (e.g., child’s name, date of birth, etc.).Problem:
In Outlook, the email layout breaks — the section containing the additional fields (“Custom Information”) appears centered and misaligned, which makes the layout confusing and hard to read (see the attached Outlook screenshot).Important Notes:
• We haven’t made any changes to the email template.
• All plugins, themes, and systems are up to date.
• The issue only occurs in Outlook. Other email clients display the content correctly.Request:
We would appreciate your help in resolving this formatting issue in Outlook.
